George R.R. Martin is the No. 1 New York Times

bestselling author of several novels, including those of the acclaimed series ASong of Ice and Fire as well as related works such as Fire & Blood, AKnight of the Seven Kingdoms and The World of Ice & Fire. The books acquired an even larger audience with the HBO adaptation Game of Thrones,
