Deborah Madison
DeborahMadison is the author of fourteen cookbooks and the founding chef of Greens restaurant, in San Francisco. Her books have won numerous awards, including two Julia Child Cookbook of the Year awards, for The Savory Way and Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone, as well as honors from the International Association of Culinary Professionals, including a Trailblazer award in 2019. She has received the MFK Fisher Award from Les Dames d’Escoffier and four James Beard awards. Her latest book isamemoir, An Onion in My Pocket: My Life withVegetables.
